"Safe" boost level/limit?
I'm thinking the FullRace ProStreet with GT3076R, and a 3" exhaust (if this info helps you anything). We have 99 octane on many gas stations here, so that's what I will be running.

Well 9psi should see over 400whp. On a sidewinder 13.5 droping to 11psi at redline produced 450whp, if it had held then it would have seen 480whp.I have the fullblown sidewinder gt3076r 82ar 3"twin no cat ,and im hopeing to boost to 16psi.
I have a goal/demand of 400whp, so that should be not too much of a problem then.
Will also be going without cat. 3" from turbo, then split it where it does now (think I will keep the dual HKS mufflers).

i'm boosting 11 psi on 91 octane and 17 psi on e85. 17 psi maxed out my turbo.
11 psi on 91 and 12-13 psi on 93 is pretty normall. on race gas or e85 you can boost as much as you want or as much untill you max out the limits of the turbo/engine/drivetrain.

I do know the tuner I will use is very good at what he does. I also believe the FullRace kit is quite good, so with some extras I think it will be nice.
What oil change interval do you guys use etc?

If you're running e85, I recommend Amsoil, Brad penn or a good diesel 10w40 oil with a high TBN changed out every 1000 miles, but you could go to 2000 miles if you dont beat on it all the time. If running pump piss, you can run something like Castrol Syn 10w40 that has a decent TBN and change it around 2000 miles. Just make sure whatever oil you use also has a decent amount of ZDDP so you get the proper lubricants that will keep the timing chain tensioner from wearing out prematurely.
