Safest boost amount pulley size ?

Hello experienced ones....

What is the safest pulley size/psi I can boost on stock internals daily?

simple upgrade for more HP

10psi on stock compression. do a 2 or 3mm headgasket and you can up the boost.

I'm running 12, no dramas.

Theres a Skelta down here in AU with an F20C & Comptech kit running 14 pound, on the track, stock compression. We use the same tuner.
