Question SC with geared or without gears faster on rolls?

So we all know that 4.57 gears will def help your 0-60 but..........how about on freeway rolls? Is it better ot have gears or not? from experiance I would think on rolls it would be better to be without as your not in boost that long and have to shift in a blink of an eye right after 6k.

I'm gonna go with the gears still help you at that level....around 350 they start hurting you.

First of all if you start from a roll at even speeds the geared S will have more boost since it's rpms will already be higher.... and it all goes out the window with the non geared S the first time you shift... sure you'll be in boost longer but also out of it too.

4.57 w/o a doubt
in a S/C app the 4.57 will take the RPM's to redline a lot sooner than non-geared S/C.

I raced my friend's Vortech from 70mph and up and pulled him everytime and he wasn't catching anytime soon.

Beyond about 90 or 100mph the taller gears shine.
