I read somewhere on here (did a search again and could not find it) that the Comptech SC does not work on MY06 because of fuel delivery changes. Can someone verify this?

My dad just bought a MY06 and wants to SC it and the dealership said there was one available for the 06, but when I questioned it they said they were not sure.

If the current SC does not work, when will Comptech have an updated version?

 

Call Comptech or send them an email it would be the most reliable choice, there is not to many MY06 on the forum right now

I emailed comptech. Will post when they let me know the deal.

 

Trust me, Comptech will tell you the same. The existing SC kits will not work without backdating to a 00-05 intake manifold/throttle body and engine wiring harness, and using an EMS.

 

Ok here is what comptech said:

We are waiting for a 06 S2K to come from Honda to start test of the Supercharger kit. We will not have anything until the first part of next year.

Weird that they already have one for the Si. Why wouldn't the have already done one for the '06 S?

 

Comptech is currently working on a S/C for the '06 Civic Si:

I called them yesterday and was told that they'll work on a S/C for the '06 S2000 after they complete the S/C for the Si.

 

what kinda supercharger is that on the civic si, is that a mp62 ?
