Let me guess you primed the pump and it started pumping.

Got pump working . How does the flow look? It will probably flow a little better if the car was started
Doesn't look good, that water should be at a rapid boil, frothing. That is barely moving. either you have a kinked line, a weak battery or your pump is dying or too small to handle the extra duty. It could also be a combination of a couple of those things, either way you need to figure it out because that's not moving enough water to get any cooling. Since your pump is rated for the smaller heat exchanger, I would upgrade it to the larger one anyway and see if that solves your problem, if not then you know to look elsewhere, but at least you have the appropriate size pump for your set up.

Yeah I don't really know I think it might not be Flowing that well because the car is not running and cannot get enough power Because of that, I could be wrong though. I might just upgrade the pump anyways

I had a similar issue some time ago and then had noticed that there were kinks in multiple places. You really gotta take some time and route them with care because of all the tight curves its really easy to kink one and obstruct the flow.

Looks like youre using the Type 2 OEM coolant? You will get better heat exchange with water wetter and distilled water

Unless your battery is old and tired it wont make that much difference, but start your car and check it.
