SCharged...OEM Exhaust.
I found around 430 rwhp on the high reading Church Automotive DynaPack was the limit with the factory exhaust. On some dynos it would be in the 370 - 400 rwhp range.
It wouldn't allow me to go beyond until I changed out the small and restrictive exhaust.
After the factory exhaust I ran a Toda header, custom TP and 70mm Tracy Sport full titanium exhaust and produced 482/274.
Changing out the 70mm system with the Asura's 3" exhaust allowed it to go 509/289 with no strain beyond the Toda header.
Just installed the larger and longer 3 step Hytech supercharger header. The primaries are larger so the exhaust should not hold back the fast revving supercharged S2000 engine. I am sticking with the high flowing Asura 3 inch exhaust and expect to see significant gains in horsepower and torque over my previous setups.
I'll post up a thread on this when I complete it next month.
The answer to your question is if you are pushing the boost past 10 psi then you need to change the factory exhaust. The weight savings are great too.
