well the switch is only like 40 or so from honda. i will go get the alternator and battery load tested to see if they check out, then i will go from there possibly with the ignition switch. i just don't see the fusebox being the cause of this, espically if there are no relays there that affect the power to the EMS/cluster.

I was thinking the alternator also. but the meter and power checks out.

Have you tried swapping maps with another EMS to eliminate that possibility?

don't have anyone that is around that can swap ems's for a day or two.....cuz like i said it won't happen until i drive it, and it is at no set time interval.
