Default Small problem with my new turbo

Just wondering if you all could help me out. You all on here are absolutely the smartest people on the planet when it comes to S2000 without a doubt. I installed the Revhard kit (Great Kit) on my car and am not sure if I my catalytic converter is killing me. I installed a T3/T4E Turbo/Tial 38mm wastegate/Vortech blowoff valve, with an AEM EMS w/wideband, 2.5in downpipe and Nvidia exhaust on the S, but I think I should be getting more power, not sure. After getting everything installed I noticed a difference in power but not too much. It sounds incredible, but I kinda think at the Cat there is a bottleneck. By getting rid of the cat and getting a test pipe do you think I will get the power I am supposed to. One last thing, the guys spent about 2 days tuning the AEM EMS so I don't think that is the problem. I went ahead and ordered a test pipe anyway and it should be here in a couple of days. Thanks guys.

Bryan

Yes on turbo car a catalytic converter will cause huge power restriction as usually its the first thing to be replaced when going or upgrading turbo.......

check A/F, it can make a huge diff as well as the test pipe. I recommend upgradeing to larger exhaust diameter(not sure about teh invidia diameter), im running a custom 3inch exhaust

How much power did you expect? I mean how much boost are you seeing? What is the wastegate spring value?

What is the manifold pressure? The reason I ask, is that I found the wrong spring in my wastegate and that was my low boost issue. The manifold pressure was too low, so I tracked down to the spring. Are you using the boost controller in the EMS?

You said you have "AEM EMS", So what are you using for a pressure sensor. The stock MAP sensor, or the another (AEM, GM 3 bar, etc?) You should be able to see what the MAP voltage is under boost. That would translate to manifold pressure.
