From my experience, I would not go with the Greddy kit. The Greddy gets WAY TOO HOT because of inefficiency. I am in the process of switching to an Inline Pro hot side and using my Greddy cold side. I have the Greddy cast manifold and it is cracked down the middle. My turbo is on its way out too.. I am running an Invidia V2 63mm with test pipe and running 9-10psi with a boost controller. I would go with an Inline pro, or Rev Hard if money is an issue, manifold. If you are going to use a really small turbo, I would say a 2.5" down pipe would suffice. I would also dump the waste gate to atmosphere if you are going to use a 2.5" down pipe. I am going to run a 3" single exhaust and a 3" down pipe with dump tube recirculation. I am using a larger 5965E turbo though.

The biggest differences between using the Greddy and Inline Pro are:

Greddy: T25 turbo inlet with short runners and internally waste gated.

Inline Pro: T3 turbo inlet with longer runners than Greddy and externally waste gated.

ive read the greddy thread and have read other post and it seems like a decent kit that most people swith out parts and end up with a custom setup. i want a full kit that comes with a nice manifold and good turbo. ill do some research on the inline pro.

Inline pro would most likely be the best bet for you. Now they will not include injectors and engine management for the 3995. Those will be extra, but they can provide you with everything you will need.

You don't want the "Smallest" turbo kit then...
