S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Somewhat custom build that started with a manifold

Wow, do you own a shop or just an enthusiast? That is some very nice work. I just bought my first spool of wire and argon bottle I think I have a ways to go.
Just enthusiast.

run as large a wastegate as you can physically fit. Also try and decrease the angle at which the wastegate tube comes off the collector. Both of these will greatly increase the ability to control boost at lower boost pressures. Looks great though! My next project is to teach myself welding.
Currently I only have the 38mm turbosmart WG supplied with the ILP kit.
I will try to use that one. Worked flawless on my 8-10psi setup last year.
Might even move to 12psi this time, as I will have fuel for it with the id1000's.
Should reduce possible boostcreep problems.
Running e85.

I will try to follow the advice regarding the angle. This was actually what i thought would be beneficial for the setup. Nice to have it confirmed. Thanks.

Nice work, ur gonna have to move the fuse box
Thank you, I will not have to move the fusebox, I will just pull it over slightly and make new holes for fastening it. Will give me about 1" to the manifold.

I will paint it, wrap it with heat "bandage" and then build a heatshielt i put over the entire manifold.

well thats the thing, the added flow of a tubular usually makes it too hard to stop boost creep with a 38mm wg. I would just vband it and run a tial 44 while your in there. Everything looks great!!

So this is how I intend to do it. I will try with the 38mm WG to start with.
The dumptube piping is 44mm to support a later upgrade to a 44mm WG (if required).

It is testfitted in the car and it is also completely welded now, the picture is earlier in the process when it was only spot welded for fitment test.

Here is a kinda crappy picture of how the dumptube connects into the manifold. I made sure the connection is smooth and well suited for unrestricted flow.
It will be very interesting to see if this works or is inferior.

Today I continued with the manifold and put it together. I think it will work good.

Also welded the engine flange. Note the heavy duty plate attached to avoid warping from the heat.

Downpipe. It is the Inlinepro DP slightly modified for the second time. dumptube goes into the downpipe.

The turbo placement with this custom manifold is the same as the ILP cast manifold.
