Default SOS BOV

Ok guys, I know everyone don't like the recirculating valve that SOS kit come with so show me what you guys have???
please put down that if it fits directly or its modified!
I am in the market of shopping for a BOV for my kit so please help a fellow out.
video of the sound would be nice.

If loud is what you want, I would recomend a Sheepdog bov made by Prof .

I bought one for my rb26 240 10yrs ago knowing that was the loudest crap money could buy. There is alot of demand for them tho, I got into a bidding war with mine, and paid close to $200 for a 5-10yr old used sheepdog. Now they are approching 20yrs old. Dont know how hard they are to find, but Im sure they fetch a pretty penny. They have a reputation of the loudest BOV to come out of Japan.


You can see it on the far left, next to the radiator overfill tank.

Im not really looking for an loud BOV but something that sounds good!!!! the only reason i want to go FI is because of that sound PSSSSHHHH!!!!!

Recommending the Synapse as well. I like it.



Look at the end of this video for a bit of how it sounds:

This is a different s/c but same idea. The valve will be open at idle unlike regular FI (i.e. turbo) so the Synapse handles that better than others. Also, be aware that you'll need to mod your piping to accommodate this.
