Why not order the Aem ems system? You should of did that before ordering a new kit. Just me .2cents tho.
He states he needs to pass GA OBD2 emissions testing annually. AEM won't do that.

Georgia isn't that bad compared to California... All we have to do is pass emissions once a year, and that's only in the metro Atlanta counties. The cops here don't really look for illegal mods like they do in Cali, and we don't have to deal with CARB. But yeah, compared to the rest of the planet it's a pain.

If I wanted to run a standalone EMS, I could always swap in the factory ECU & injectors once a year to pass emissions. I'm just waaaaaay too lazy for that. I want a setup that requires no messing around. No ifs, ands, buts, asterisks, or fine print allowed here! Just put gas in it and drive the sh_t outta it.

True. If my tuner can't get the EMU to work satisfactorily, I might go that route.

Just talked to SOS and added ID1000's and their sport clutch to my order. Oh, and Chris said the 1200 flows roughly 30% more cfm than the 1220 at a given rpm. I can't wait to get mine on the dyno!

Nice move

Now, start hanging around us Water/meth guys in the forum and maximize your power potential. With that blower and your injectors + meth injection, I see near 500whp in your future if you want it

You have 93 on the pump, E85 would be a pain in the ass with all the refills you will have to do.

SoS and CT are identical kits with a few small differences but youre doing it right especially with the ID injectors... what engine management? I cant seen to see where it was mentioned.

Testing his E-managed, if it fails. Haltech or K-pro is his next choice I believe?

E-manage will work just fine with the ID 1000, a friend of mine in the club locally runs this set up with his comptech and runs great he says. He tunes it himself. Not allot of people can effectively tune the E-mange though so that’s going to be the hurdle. But the equipment can do the job.
