Try reichard pulleys might prevent slippage. Or get a custom crank pulley made.

I modified my SOS kit and have no problems with it.

I'm looking for the RR pulley but no luck so far, shops either don't have them in stock or they don't really want to ship overseas...just posted WTB thread, maybe I'll find some..I see only 13psi now with 1200 and 3" pulley, I have 9,6:1 mahle pistons so boost will be lower than on stock CR but still...gonna super tight the belt tomorrow :-)

Are you still on SOS crank pulley, just RR pulley?

I'm following "90 degree" rule but there is not much space to check with fingers, according to logs right now boost stops climbing from 6500 and stays basically the same till the redline so probably it's a belt...I've used some belt conditioners but they don't really help..

You can get the RR pulley from http://www.lethalperformance.com

I just ordered a 3.1" from them and received it within a week.

Can you fit a 8-rib pulley at the crank?

My 6-rib SOS crank pulley is very close to the power-steering rack.

i would be running the standard ap2 stage 2 pulley for 9-10 psi. i am not anticipating any belt slip.
