I got some of the NGK 7's and I would like to know what I should gap them to?

what ever you had them gapped to when the tuner tuned your car last.
Mine are at .028
some run as little as .024 and some as high as .034
If you haven't ever been tuned I would say gap between
.028" and .032"

Haven't gone to the tuner yet. I'm setting everything up for the tuner. so .30 should be good. Church should gap them as needed?

Church won't change plugs. You have to do it. 0.030 should be fine.

.030 still the consensus? I've heard you want to go as big as possible without a missfire, just trying to figure out what I should do when my plugs arrive
