Evan's tuning recommend .18 - .24" I think for supercharged/turbocharged cars.Have you ever had a cutout occur at high RPM due to a faulty TPS?

Edit: Direct answer to you question is, watch the PIDs/Parameters on the scan tool. If TPS is not getting wild, other parameters should not. What does "wild" mean = does not fluctuate erratically at idle, during actuation or at full-throttle.
Edit 2: Fluctuate irratically means below less than half a percent (realistically .02^%. If you see your TPS fluctuations above/below 1%, lmk, not good.
