Spark Plug Question

what is better?

I have heard alot of good stuff about copper plugs with like a 8-9 heat range For a turbo setup

What plugs would you use.

I think that most people go with iridium. I have denso ik24's and my car runs great. I know that copper conducts better, but I think I remember reading that they have a shorter life span than iridium.
