spark plugs

For those that are supercharged, how many miles do you guy normally changed your plugs? is there a "rule of thumb" as to how many miles you should changed them?

Usually check/replace every 3-5k miles

I check them every oil change (3750) usually replace every other.

NGK 7173's are cheap
