Default Spark plugs for supercharged

Just a quick query really, I was wondering whether there is any merit to upgrading the plugs one step colder for a supercharged f20c and if so what plugs are recommended?

Thanks for the help, just checked them out on the NGK website and they look like a good replacement now to find somewhere that stocks them.

I use the same. It's even cheaper on eBay. Just picked a set up for ~$26

Anyone run with the ngk 7's? Mine are pretty new, so seeing if I would be able to stick with them for awhile
