Default Speaking to CTSC, VTSC, KWSC Owners

I have been researching FI for the s2000 and I have realized that I am leaning towards SC. Now I have researched between VTSC, CTSC and KWSC for a few months now. And While from what I have read KW seems to be my number one choice based on power delivery, the "stealthness" of the kit, but I want to hear from some people have have driven/ridden in either or both. Is the difference in power delivery significant between any of the 3? Everything makes me lean more towards KW but I can find used kits in good condition with "lower" miles for about 2/3rd's the cost of the KW kit. So Please let me know is it worth it based on your experiences and why? O and I have a bone stock AP1 BTW. Thanks for your help.

vortech vs. krafterworks.
read it. all of it.

also consider- SOT, SOS.
the CT kit has very few details... pretty much the same ol comptech kits from what i've read.

I can only speak as a KW owner, but I absolutely love the kit. Customer service has been awesome. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. It took me a day and a half to put this on myself in the driveway. The car is a whole new beast. The best thing is I don't worry about reliability issues. The only "downside" would be my heavy right foot... It is addicting! As far as I am concerned it was worth every penny.

SOS kit isn't out yet............ BUT the CT AND VT will feel the same, start making noticable gains after 4k and peak high end power. KW spins much faster then the others, makes a better lower end grunt and more power in the low-end-mid-range and makes good high end but doesn't peak like the CT or VT. thats it!!! i SUMMED THE WHOLE THING UP FOR YA!!

-I am interested in learning more on the SOS kit, but all i have read is that its just a bigger compressor? Meaning It wont really help with the area under the curve it will just give you more potential to "grow." I am not looking for 450whp. I am just looking to keep the characteristics of the s2000 but improve on them. So whaterver suits that the best. GREAT!

Thanks jbell, but I have already read through that. my concerns are more with the difference in driveability, power delivery, quietness, throttle response ETC. I am looking for comparisons in "Performance" from people who have experienced both. I hope that helps. Thanks for the feedback keep em coming

EODS2000- When would you say you notice an increase in power? 3k, 4k, 5k? And also do you notice any drag below that range? That is another thing that I have heard about the CTSC and VTSC kits. Also lets say on the interstate your at 70mph in 6th and you punch it, will there be much of a difference there? Any more driving impressions you may have on the kit would be greatly appreciated.

As far as the SOT kit I don't know much about that except that its a roots-type. and from former research with my b series i had always read that top end power isn't very great and lots of heat issues with roots-type.
Any feedback?

SOT will give instant torque. their i/c kit fixes any heat issues.

KW will give tq faster than CT, VT, SOS.

i have a roots mp62 on my celica gts. as soon as you WOT the bypass valve closes and it's an instant 5psi with it peaking at 8.5psi shortly afterwards.

the sot has a pretty lateral torque band due to the positive compression by the roots blower. roots will definitely bring the low end torque and maintain the psi through the rev range and you can swap out pulleys if you want more boost.

^- what he said.

for the money spent vs. what you get....

with all the current options out there...

i'd go with SOT, SOS, KW in that order.

SOS only falls there because of the great price.
