Default starting issue

i ve got vortech sc and running on aem ems

recently it s hard to start the car, i am sure its not the spark plugs as i ve go through a couple of different sets already. but when the car is cold, after a few cranks, it still starts !

and one more wield issue is that my car wont even start when the car is warm/hot, like after driving for a while (2 or 3 bars on the thermostat) the car does not start at all no matter what

do you guys have any ideas?

when you turn the key all the way, wait until the fuel pump stops priming and then start the car. It will start the car much faster than if you just turn the key on and press the start button

with the warm starts, that has to do with your tune. if you had it tuned by a 'tuner' i would have them fix that, as that is part of a tuning session..

I am having the same issue. I believe it's because I'm not adding enough fuel on startup because she starts when I play with the gas pedal.

No, it's the EMS tuning. It just needs to be adjusted...

i heard some ppl had to send their ems back to aem to get that starting issue resolved... So call aem see if you got the updated aem which doesn't have that issue.
