Default Still trying to start..

Hey guys So im still trying to start the car. After the turbo install, one of my cam shafts seized up on one lobe so i had that all fixed. My compression now seems good on all 4 cylinders. Im getting fuel and spark and the my vacuum lines are all good. When i crank it the car is making a sound like its about to start just not there yet. And it repeats it.

I tried jumping it and still no luck. any ideas?

well the timing looks good. the arrow above the belt is on the red line and all cam gear sprockets line up.

hmm check your cams, if its off by even a tooth it won't fire. i had this problem when i rebuilt my head last year. it may look like it's lined up but check again.

check your grounds too but I put my money on the cam/s off by a tooth.

did you remove or damage the ground on the back of the head? without that ground the ECU will not get power and will not prime the fuel pump etc. can you hear the fuel pump priming?

Your talking about the cam sprockets right? Do the two mark have to point at each other?

yes make sure they're level with the cylinder head surface. a tooth off can also look level so just make sure.
