Default Strange surging at low rpm and sputtering at higher rpms

Around 2000 rpm my cars surging up to like 3000, it's kind of ridiculous totally uncontrollable!

Then at higher rpms there's a ton of fluctuation. If you look at the start of this race you can see what I'm talking about in the higher rpms.

We were getting a tps error on the haltech, replaced tps with an aftermarket one (which mounts at an angle due to winglets getting in the way) the tps error went away.

Also at low idle as he cars doing this craziness it gets super lean, seeing 19's. Above 3k it's fine once it breaks away from this sputtering zone.

Would love some idea on what to look for or if anyone's seen this. SOS KIT, ap1, aftermarket trottle body, Evans tuned, new injectors, newer plugs, flex fuel.....

make sure to check the throttle set points. recalibrate the TPS in the ecu.

You might be able to see an erratic signal in a data log.

We're going to get some brake cleaner to look for a leak.

I ordered a new map sensors, see if that does anything.

Sent logs to evans

Want to figure out how to calibrate the throttle and tps in haltech...

We did check the votage on the map sensor and it seemed OK, at least nothing crazy...

I'd use carb cleaner instead of brake cleaner. That stuff is hard on plastic and rubber.

The TPS calibration is in the main settings window under inputs I believe. You set the minimum & maximum voltages for the TPS by opening & closing the throttle body to their wide open and closed positions.
