I have a fully built s2k turboed over 600whp. I live in Phoenix/hell temps are very high. The inter cooler sits in front of ac condenser and radiator hogging all air. My temps get to about 219 hottest I've seen it get. I got koyo rad and low temp fan switch and low temp mishi fan switch. It creeps up on freeway if I turn off ac falls down. Need ac here. My mechanic/builder said when I turn ac on the condenser gets really and it sandwich between rad and intercooler. I know I have option of vmount. My mechanic said to buy bigger core so rad will hold more water. Any suggestions.. My Lil bro has has twin build as me did both care at same time and his does same.

The AC on only ever raises my IATS not my ECTs because the fans are on but its blowing that hot air onto my charge pipe (running fan shroud to tho. so could be a factor). Anyways for Cooling management I have an undercarriage air dam thats riveted to the bottom radiator support and I just cut the plastic shield length wise as the radiator and about 3" ahead.
Also if you pull your bumper n dremel out the fake holes where some people put fog lights its another great spot to get extra air in between your FMIC and radiator. You could even make lil scoops that direct it right to the rad. Im doing an oil cooler on one and scoop to rad on the other.

Make sure you have all air out of system. If you moving down the highway (cruising) and its till hitting 219 chances are its air in the system still.
You already got a koyo....it must be blazin there Lol maybe better fan setup because if you were driving and it crept like that, your fans must have been on for awhile.

My sideways dual pass radiator and spal extreme performance or high performance fans are key. Stay away from mishimoto/logo style radiators. They are not much better than stock. Stay away from slim fans as the flow like crap. This setup is good for the street in 100+degree heat with Ac blowing hard and good for a few hard laps on the track before you have to slow down and do a cool down lap due to high Coolent temps.

For a turbo s2000 to do consistent 30min track season with out coolent temps going crazy high a v mount intercooler/radiator is the only way. And of course an oil cooler is also nessary.
