Wink Supercharged DYNO Finally

i was gonna put this up a few days ago when i got the car back but i didn't have a scanner so my gf had to copy this sheet onto her computer and here we are

WOW...... Thats all i can say for this one. I Have been longing to post up my car's dyno for so long, so here it is. I used the AEM Methanol injection kit and here is the PROOF that it makes power on a supercharged car

Just like what Joey has said on his meth posts, the power delivery was great before but after the meth was installed its like a whole new...feeling of delivery.. i can't really explain it but i am Very very happy with this. Once the meth starts his the required boost (for my car its 3psi when it starts injecting) the motor right away sounds different and runs unbelievably smooth!! even on a hot day (like it has been for the past few days) it still runs perfect regardless of whatever temp it is outside before the meth starts injecting. At 3lbs of boost the meth injector runs at 25% efficiency and once at 9lbs of boost it opens up to 100%. basically from half throttle to WOT

The 346 baseline was after i put on my new rear end tires about a month ago and had to switch back to stock cat because i blew out my Berk high-Flow Cat there was a b4 and after dyno with these new tires and i lost almost 20whp because they weigh soo much more then my toyo tires. This brand is called triangle but at the time i just needed super cheap tires until my rims come in...then ill repost another new dyno to see if the lighter wheels will make a difference on my numbers.

The 354whp is after the 3.2 pulley and test pipe were put on then had that dyno'd and then did a b4 and after with the methanol.

I had meth on my Evo IX that was spiking to about 26 psi and leveling out at about 23-24 psi. Anyway, i had the same meth kit on mine and it was engaging at 8-9 psi all the way up and it made a HUGE difference! Not only did it run better but it made tuning so much better also, b4 meth i couldnt run more that 21psi on sh!tty az gas, then with meth I could run 26 psi with ZERO knock! the motor LOVED it, then to top it off i would fill up with 100oct fuel! that was a fun a$$ car.

the gain from methanol is astounding with an increase in hp and torque. this is on Dynamics also, Mike did an excellent job with the tuning. i cannot be anymore happy

Was more timing added to make up for the w/m injection? This extra hp is not just due to w/m I assume. Debating on getting the SOS system and adding the w/m system at same time for detonation protection and more power.

Why did you go AEM vs Snow system?

He told me he changed my timing by 8 forward i think And i choose the AEM because i already have the AEM EMS system AND my tuner likes the AEm system much more then any other system out there. which is just fine with me because i'd rather have him tune something he recommends vs. something he has never touched before.

for the price the aem meth kit with the one gallon is cheaper than the snow performance kit with the safety injection system. You get more for your money with the AEM. You get the aem Boost safe with is a low-level warning and if meth runs out itll retard timing to insure the safety of your motor.

Ok, thanks for the info! Where do you place the resevoir for the kit? What washer fluid works best?

It was placed were the windshield washer fluid used to be I dont use it anyway so might as well stick it there PLUS its a LOT easier to refill it from the engine bay instead of the trunk (were it was originally going to be placed)
