Default Supercharger Belt Help

Recently my belt got shredded so I got a new one but the new one got shredded too when I took it around the block. Thought it was too tight so the second one I tensioned it less but that one got shredded even faster. So with yet another new belt, I tensioned it, let it idle for a few minutes and then tensioned again. This one lasted longer but still got shredded.
I have SOS kit with a 3.8" pulley and the 5060405 Dayco belt. Pulleys aren't wobbling when it's idling and everything spins freely. What's going on and how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Only thing I can think of is the belt quality is way too crappy especially if you ran the same brand 3 times? Then again that's highly unlikely (that it would shred while new). Have you looked around the pulleys and crank pulley to make sure there aren't any sharp protrusions? One or more pulleys may have a sharp edge or two that will cut the belt as it turns.

This is the brand / belt # that SOS recommends for this pulley size. Not sure what other belt I could try? I did feel a very small burr on the outside edge of the crankshaft pulley but didn't seem like it would make contact with the belt when it was tensioned. When the last belt shredded half the belt (closer to the engine) was gone while the outside half was still hanging on. I'll try filing it smooth before I try again though.

Imperfections in the pulley groves, misalignment, or seizing parts. Need to find the underlying cause.

This is likely a misalignment issue. Ive had this issue before. You have a crank pulley, idle/tension pulley and the supercharger all of which need to be aligned pretty perfect. If the bushings in the mounting bracket for supercharger are worn, or overly compresses/uneven that can cause a misalignment, so can the tensioner if its out of whack. If its bad enough to toss and shred a belt within that short of time, you should be able to eyeball things looking strait down for alignment irregularity's. If the belt is spitting off towards engine or towards supercharger, that can give you an indication of how/where its misaligned.

Reporting back for the next person who encounters this problem. Ended up being crank pulley failure. When I first checked this it seemed solid. Only after taking everything off, I could wobble this with my hand.
Car was driveable at low rpms. Under load the pulley would deflect and throw the belt.

Salt yeah I can believe that. Maybe play on the pulley unknown to the owner wrecked it over time too

By the way, am I seeing this correctly - you literally bolt the VT pulley on top of the stock one via allen keys/screws??
