Default Supercharger cant redline at half throttle

Hey guys, having some issues with my supercharger set up. It's a CT AC running 10 lbs. AEM engine management. I'm still very new to cars and what not, so please forgive ignorance.
When I try to redline the car at wot, it hits 9k just fine. If I try to redline at half throttle, it gets to 7k or so then it kinda hicups, nose dives, loses power, and the afr goes into the 17s almost like when I shift. I just changed the plugs, so it can't be that. Did a run with my tuner, and he couldnt figure it out either. Thanks a lot in advance guys.

my guess would be that the motor is spinning too fast for the amount of air you are allowing in, the charger can't decide if it should be in boost or not and goes full retard.

but that's just a guess.

easy fix however, just depress the throttle more and the problem should go away.

I had a similar issue that I thought was mechanical related, but it turned out to be my tune.

I don't think you can even redline at half throttle can you?

Maybe he's saying redlining starting from half throttle...like going around a corner at half throttle to full throttle on exit.

What kind of injectors?

They wouldn't happen to be RC750s, would they?

If you got them used, it could be the difference between SL4 and SH4 versions (off the top of my head).

Now they only make the correct model, but there used to be another version that didn't have the right impedence or something like that.

I'm running the old model RC injectors. It's not that they're the wrong impedance. They had an issue with some of the old models sticking open so they revised them. They can be sent to RC for the update cheap.

This guys problem is likely the tune.
