Find out what a new crank pulley costs from Honda. It can't be $400.00. I think only Comptech charges this core charge. Vortech doesn't care. They won't give anything for your old one back. If a new one costs less than $400.00, send it back to them.

Other than going back to stock......why would I need to keep it? Any ideas?

If I did return it to get the money back........later down the road if for some reason I needed the stock one back, are they easy to just buy or find?

Not trying to sound paranoid...... please educate me... thanks.

Get the part number, call up Hardtopguy, and find out how much is goes for . You won't be able to buy it at the local Pep Boys, but Hardtopguy or your local honda dealer parts people can get you one.

The stock Honda crank pulley costs somewhere between $60-80 brand new. I'll check my reciept later when I get home, but I purchased this from Hardtopguy.com. It's best that you just send them your old one back...I still can't for the life of me figure out why Comptech charges $400 for the core.

Holy smokes!

Hurry up and buy it already, I'm tired of explaining why you need the supercharger. I looking forward to the install.

BTW, the modified crank pulley from Comptech is exactly the same as your OEM. It just has drilled holes to mount the pulley adaptor.
