Default Which Supercharger to go with?!?!

Need some inputs and suggestions on which Supercharger kit I should go with. The Kraftwerks or the Comptech kit? I'm looking for reliable, daily driver, with a direct bolt on without cutting or much modifications done. I have a AP2. I like the Comptech cause it's Carb Legal but like the concept of the Kraftwerks has an intercooler setup and heard great reviews. Any suggestions?

TTS Race kit or SOS kit with upgraded racing heat exchanger and the smallest pulley.

I would first read up on all the information posted under Forced Induction regarding the available superchargers. Then I would read through say the first 100 to 150 threads that have asked this exact same question over the last 3 to 5 years.

If you're still unsure about which one to buy, I would just buy one of each and change it out every month until you fall in love with one.

Lol...but seriously they all have + and -. You have to find the best one for your application and need. I used the search function and read up for half a year before I knew which one I wanted. People can help you with specific questions and you can follow the threads on each system to get an idea about each kit's shortcomings, strengths, benefits, and disadvantages.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

To the OP - do more reading, a LOT more reading. Most any question you have in this regard has been asked and answered several times over.

Kraftwerks or SOS. Both make great power and are bolt on parts. SOS seems to have a slightly higher maximum output with smaller pullies etc. Kraftwerks still makes 450whp+ bolt on and is lower priced. If you decide on Kraftwerks after seeing which is right for you we can get you great pricing on them!

Hey thanks Ryan that sounds like a good idea, I will keep you posted if I go that route. As for the not so kind gesture, who would write something like that? If someone has a question, let them ask. There's never a stupid question...

I have the Kraftwerks kit and overall it is a really nice kit. I have had a few hiccups along the way as I'm sure you may see here on the forums if you do some looking around in this forum, but that was more about the way my situation was handled.

Anyway, the kit comes with basically everything you need so you don't have to piece things together like with other kits.

Here are two videos I made of mine.

I've had both Comptech and SOS kits. Both good kits, however SOS is a vast improvememt over Comptech. Much beefier bracket and rubber isolators. Tensioner is super easy to use. Not to mention the Novi 1200 is an improvement over the Novi 1000. Personally, I prefer the motor fed oil system over self contained, but its personal preference.

The Comptech kit requires bending the crossmember to fit the blower. The SOS kit is a true bolt in, no bending or major modification needed.
