Default Supercharger Headers design concept

Those of you that own superchargers only if possible in this pole.

By manipulating the runner length, 4 into 1 headers can move the torque peak around.

I am looking to increase the top end power ( above 6000 rpm ) and I am less interested in increasing the power in the 3000 to 6000 rpm range. The torque is already increased from boosting at that point anyway.

Others state they would rather see the torque peak dropped a few hundred rpm and give the car more torque in the mid-range. This configuration would give a slightly better around town drive at the cost of top end raw power.

Which of the choices would you be interested in?

Those of you that own superchargers only if possible in this pole.

I think a little more midrange torque would be nice since mine is a daily driver.

exactly, it makes the most power top end..meaning that you lack low-end..so you of course depending on your gearing etc..would most likely want midrange so that you carry more power under the curve all throughout the powerband.

Oh man... It really depends on what you do with your car.
For me, I would say top end. Our cars are light enough to makeup for the low midrange tq anyway. Especally if you have gears.
