Default Supercharger upgrade

I am going to be installing a new shortblock soon and going to use the time to upgrade my vortech setup with some more boost while I got it all apart. I am debating whether to go with a stock headgasket and running 10psi or if I should get a 2mm and run 14psi. I would be using AEM EMS and upgraded injectors for tuning. Which would be a better setup for power and reliability?

6 in 1, half dozen another...there are a number of guys running stock HG's w/14psi with superchargers...ABV, John-Z, etc...

I'm running a 3.6" pulley on my Comptech setup (~10psi) on the stock HG and an EMS.

I would definitely put on the thicker HG to lower the compression ratio if you are going to 14 psi.

I am also buying the components now to upgrade to 14psi, I have allready bought the Pulley to get there just need to get the AEM EMS, Injectors (750cc) , and a 2mm headgasket.
Where do you guys get your 2mm headgasket from? Cometic?

This is what i was putting down with JUST the supercharger.
I now have a header , test pipe, and exhaust, so probably add 10hp maybe?

I don't know what I'm putting down at 10psi. I need to get to a dyno cuz I recently finished tuning my EMS. Feels good though! hehe

Yea I am def going w/ a 2mm headgasket and 3.8in pulley now.

Quick pulley question: Which is better steel or aluminum? I know the steel supposedly will have less slippage but more weight. Is it better to just get the steel for the sake of less slip regardless of its extra weight?

Spark plug wise I am currently running 1 step colder NGK's on 7.5 lbs of boost and they have been great. Should I go 2 steps colder w/ a 3.8in pulley or keep the 1 steps?
