Wow! Nice job on the intake. Where did you get the fans and radiator? I am looking for some way to bring more air into the engine bay and past the intercooler. That intercooler blocks 3/4's of the radiator. I'd prefer to keep the stock hood. I want to keep the "sleeper" look. I've looked into the mugen or J's front bumper. Do you know of any set up that works well? I'm sure you'll eventually want to go this route too.

Thanks for the note jcarlton! Did you replace the rear? What clutch are you running? No doubt Inline has the best set ups, but with lots of power comes lots of stress on the rear. Have you had any issues?
Since I do Cryogenics I cryoed the whole diff minus the alum housing. I have Reinforcements I have better than Comptechs and a solid sleeve instead of the crush sleeve.

Trust me the tranny, cluch, and axels will go before this baby. No one has blown one of my cryoed rears yet. Knock on wood.

I am running the ACT stage two clutch good for 383 ft lbs of torque. So far so good. I haven't driven any cars with six puck or four puck that were all on or all off. Not fun on the street and I drive my car every chance I get.

In Line is good but there is a new turbo setup coming. Looks like a log manifold but it isn't, it is a two piece CNCed EQUAL FLOW manifold. Strong live a log manifold, uses the heat to help spool the turbo and keeps the heat away from the Vtec solenoid and the AC lines. No more looking like the space shuttle under the hood or cutting into the frame rail. It also will not crack like sidewinder styles and have the same or better flow. It also has a separate tube going from each runner to the wastegate for precise activation.

I don't think it will be ready for a couple of months though.

jcarlton, you cryo rears yourself? You've done this for others? I am using a 6 puck, but have adjusted to the slip(in/out) and am thinking of support for the rear end? Inline's new manifold sounds great. Special ops should look into it! What have you done to increase cooler air into the intake?

I have a vented stock hood that I did myself so that helps with underhood temps... I'm going to run the water/meth injection direct into the TB and one nozzle pre-turbo to take advantage of the cooling effects of evaporation. If you run 50/50 at the correct droplet size pre-turbine you can lower the charge temp to below ambient AND increase the compressor effiency by about 10%...

I have a cryogenic company. Sub Zero Cryogenics in Tampa. It is a patented thermal cycling process. I have been doing it for four years and have not had one complaint. I have done about 70-80 brake rotors a month for Vette Brakes and Products. I have done at least 8 rearends without anyone coming back with problems. I offer a reinforcement that ia also cryo treated.

The new turbo kit is not Inline Pros. It is coming out exclusively by S & R Performance. www.sandrperformance.com

I also have a meth setup on my car. Two good tuners have tuned with it and I was able to get more HP without it. Try straight methanol. Increases octane and cools as well as or better than water. I ran it in a tank under the hood for two years wihout a problem.
