1st thing, your car is running quite LEAN in boost. 15's are not where the AF needs to be in boost.

The secondary 02 has nothing to do with the engine running rich/lean. It's there to monitor the Convertor you don't have anymore.

P01106 is for a out of range baro sensor. Possibly caused by a crappy connection at the ESM unit.

Your FPR has been messed with WAY to much without a gauge on it. I wouldn't run the engine anymore in boost untill the FPR is correctly set.

The VAFC is only going to further complicate a growing mess. (It's not going to help you much tuning either)

My suggestion is to stop messing with everything immediately. Take it to a reputable tuner that can Dyno the car while watching the fuel pressure and A/F .

Yanked my spark plugs last night and looks like the friend who gapped them while i was yanking out the old ones & putting in the new ones gapped them at 0.030" instead of 0.033 like i said. So i'll be stopping by the store tonight to get some new plugs & a Fuel Pressure Gauge. Hoping to get all that install prior to the Dragon next week.
Also, i'll be checking the ESM connections like you said just to make sure all the connections are secure.

I don't think the .030 gap is an issue. My Denso's are at .030 now and I have full PWR.

I hope you get this problem resolved quickly.
Good Luck.

Just called over to my Honda Store to get the adapter for the Fuel Pressure Gauge, special order only and if i place order now it will be here 8hours after i leave for Wake the Dragon.
Talked to the installer for the Supercharger and he told me to try and get the FPR back to the settings it was at previosly (which i am within 1/4 turn of that now) and put more attention on the ESM Connections.

Sounds to me like the FPR might have something stuck on the seat keeping you from being able to get your A/F down to something reasonable. Remove the 4 screws from the bottom and clean the sealing surfaces.
You should be able get the A/F so rich the car won't even run right ...... like in the low 9's with that FPR.
You running the right fuel pump?

Yeah, i purchased the entire Comptech Kit w/ Aftercooler from Hardtopguy and had Joe himself install it first weekend of April. Kit is only 3 weeks old.

A guess is that there's packing material or some shit lodged on the seat of the FPR ....... If the FPR is working correctly you ought to be able to use it to get the A/F way toooooooo low if you wanted.
Like someone else already stated, don't fucl< w/ a VAFC until you get this right first (or ever).
