Default tial bov spring wrong size

my stock engine pulls about -21 to -22 of vacuum. I have a tial q bov with the plan spring which is rated for -16 to -19 vacuum. What are the problems of running the wrong size spring. how important is it for me to get the yellow spring which is rated for -20to-21 of vacuum

You want it to be closed at idle. The spring should be as close to stock vacuum as you can get it. The more pressure your spring has over the vacuum the less responsive your BOV will be. A few PSI is not a big deal, but 4-5+ is a bit much.
