Default Tick tick tick...noise when I start my S/C.

I'm running stock Vortech and...

When car is cold(right after start up), I hear "tick tick tick".
This noise speeds up as I rev up the rpm.

I'm very sure it is coming from the tension pully.

However, this noise goes away after driving 5min(as soon as engine bay gets hot).

Should I be concerned? Maybe tensioner pully lock nut is lose?
Anyone has similar problems?

I've never had this and I've run my car in extreme cold weather. It sounds like you might have a pulley that's not running true. Perhaps one of the shafts is bent. Have you maybe overtightened the belt? This would be one cause of a pulley shaft getting bent. Look at them all with a flashlight and see if any of them are wobbling when you hear the ticking.

New or used?

With the engine shut down, pry the pully a little to see if you any axial/radial play. Bearing?
