Default Tightcrap7's foced induction process

Got my hands on a CTSC non aftercooled that was missing a few things. ie bolts, fuel pump, injectors/pig tails, ems, gauges... i slowly began gathering up the parts.

Mods prior to SC install:
ACT HD PP and Street disk
competition flywheel 11lb
ap2v2 wheels
koni/espiler suspension
Apex WS2 exhaust w/ TP

Comptech SC installed and sitting pretty

Next came the tune. I went to BisiMoto. He's located in Ontario, CA. Before the tune i installed a 10lb pulley instead of the stock 5lb pulley. Utilizing the AEM 1052U for engine management.

After Bisi worked is magic making the tune from scratch this is what she made.

A few months passed and i began collecting more parts again..
spare head
skunk2 ti retainers
skunk2 dual valve springs
supertech dished valves
Comptech header (CARB legal for Cali's smog system)
AEM meth injection

Sent the head to get all the goodies installed.

For the AEM meth kit i followed Joeyballs DIY install Cant find my pics of my install but here's one for reference.

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry14491848

Next up install the new head

Car is up and running without a hitch so far. Not spraying yet. I'm still looking for a fail safe system for the meth kit before going in for another tune.
Currently looking into the labonte motorsports fail safe.

This is how she sits now.
ACT HD PP and Street disk
competition flywheel 11lb
ap2v2 wheels
koni/espiler suspension
Apex WS2 exhaust w/ TP
AEM serial gauge
Defi oil Pressure gauge
CTSC non AC 10lbs
650cc injectors
AEM EMS 1052U
CT Header
AEM Meth injection
Built head (supertech valves, skunk2 ti retainers & dual valve springs)

Thanks for looking. comment away.
How much power do you est. i can gain from the built head, headers, and meth?

Very nice setup. Howmuch power your going to get depends on how you tune the meth. For power or for safety.
For power I would guess 390-400 on that dynaPack.
For safety I would guess 375-385.

a stock dyno would have been nice for judging gains. nice to see what you do with the re-tune for the WI, for me i'd go for cooling/safety but others might like to advance the hell out of timing and get some power.
