Default Transmission upgrades

If I am getting the Greddy turbo kit, what transmission mods would I need to support it? Clutch? Flywheel? Gears?

I don't think your tranny will have any problems. The clutch any 4 puck would be good to change. I prefer ClutchMaster's or Competition Clutch along with the flywheel.

with the greddy kit you won't need much. a stage 1 of ANY CLUTCH and don't launch the car and you won't need a diff upgrade.

you won't be makin much more then 300hp, but your torque is gonna be insane so becarful with your diff lol.

Call Central Florida Turbo ask for Fernando. They are working on a setup for the S2000. Tell them Gabe referred you.

S2k comes stock with a limited slip diff.

What you may need is a reinforced diff to handle the power. Contact s2kpuddydad...he's the diff specialist.

Get the PPG gears for your transmission, the carbonetics triple disc clutch, and the Ip 300zx diff setup with stage 5 axles. That should do the job for a long time.

Maybe a stage one clutch and a puddy diff would be more sensible option.

I would go stage 3 clutch. The prices between the different clutches are small so you might as well go with something that will work with any future mods you might do... ie. turbo upgrade etc.

I highly recommend going with Competition clutch stage 3 with lightened flywheel. It grabs and bites so hard and feels virtually like stock. Even NA it feels great.

Also, if your looking for a greddy kit.. buy mine. I'm selling it complete for 2999 + shipping
