Default Treadstone intercooler install

Disclaimer: I am modifying my car and I am aware of what I am doing. I am only posting this as an example and sharing with the community Please modify your vehicle at your own risk. I will not be liable if you fail.

I've searched and i couldnt find anyone that have a Treadstone TR1045 Intercooler 860HP installed on there s2000 with detailed picture. so I bought one and did the install myself.
I know alot of people on this forum perfer the precision 600hp intercooler, but this intercooler cost less and can hold more power. It also doesnt require any cutting of the frame rail.

I will also update this as I go. I'll try to see if I can fit the bumper impact bar by modifying it. etc.
here's the picture.

Plenty of room on the side. I can even keep on going higher if I need to.

picture show that I'm not hanging lower then the radiator support.

This is a 4.5" thick intercooler

fits with the bumper support bar on with out any modification.

even have room to fit this black plastic piece up front.

Bumper on with the front grille.

I hope this will help anyone in there decision on getting a treadstone TR1045 or TR1035

Looks solid, I thought the TR105 was 4.5" thick. Are the inlet/outlet 3"?
