This is very promising! Man...I really need to get a return fuel system! Looking good! I'm still on 93 octane and just about all out of fuel with no restrictor around 6800rpm. I'll get some of my info up soon. Thanks for the data!

Put about 1000miles on her so far. No major issues. Still tweaking the tune. Everything is holding up. Leaning out up top. The fuel pump is still on the stock harness. Will rewire a relay to see if I can get something out of the AEM320L E85 pump before switching to a bigger pump. Injector duty is at 100%.

The graph below is on E85, ~10K rpm @ 20psi with 20ignition timing up top. Knock volts are between 2-3 volts @ 8-9k rpm.

This is on stock exhaust with a test pipe. The first run is in red. Added more fuel on the second run (blue line).

Running to 10k, wasn't expecting that. What pulley combo are you running , you will be overspeeding the supercharger I would think. Be careful!!!!

Excellent build! Loving your dyno & boost plots

How's the overall sound volume of the entire setup? Are you venting to atmosphere or recirculating?

Im confused. Are you actually revving to 10k?

Power looks good but im a bit concerned with afr under 7k and at the top. Shoot for 11.7 afr at all wot rpms.

TTS AP1 PULLEY SIZE :- 125mm CRANK 95mm SUPERCHARGER MAX RPM AT 9100RPM ENGINE IS 89,802 SUPERCHARGER IMPELLER SPEED

I'm overspinning it to 10K, but we will see if the head or the supercharger let go first.

I have it vent to atmosphere. Sound like a big hair dryer. It is louder than my exhaust and it is annoying. I may recirculate it back to minimize the sound. When in boost and not venting, the sound is just like N/A revving to 10K.

Not exactly to 10K. About 9800rpm. Can't really tell where the 10K limit is at when the redline is flashing. My map goes to 11K rpm. This on E85 and I find that the car can take AFR 11-13 without a problem with no knock.

Actually there is not that much to update.

Car still runs great and still going strong with E85 @ 10K RPM. No issues whatsoever with the kit. Rides like stock, no exhaust drone and not vibration. The PSS9 coils makes the car rides butter smooth.

Let a friend borrowed the car and it came back with broken differential and then a couple days later second gear went out. Bought the car used, so who knows how much abuse it has taken. I've come to learn that you if you don't know how to drive it, it'll break. So don't let your friends drive it.

So I put in a used transmission and stock differential and everything has been running smooth so far. You just can't launch like boss and powershift @10krpm.

The Ptuning Kit GTX3076R @ 25psi is balls to the walls scary when boost kicks in, that's 400 torque @ 5000rpm. The TTS supercharger is tame compared to a turbo setup. I like driving both cars depending on my mood. Lately I've been driving the TTS more because it is more relaxing especially on a long commute and the power is there when you need it, just have to downshift.
