Yeah no prob here ya go...only thing to note is I have a topmount GT35R with V-band so the way I bent mine to fit may not work with you...the long one was easy to bend. The shorter one was the hardest b/c you have to bend on the bend...heating it would've helped probably... oh well its done now!

awesome, thanks for the pics. Right now I just put on the old lines, but will mod these like you have. Im sure there might be slight adjustments ill have to make since I have a 30R, but I have a Pfab ELT like you so it should be about the same.

That looks nice, which manifold are you running? I need a tial hotside!
I'm running PFAB equal length tubular manifold. Normally it says that in my signature but it didn't come up this time... oh well yea I love the Tial Vband setup on the turbine. Seals better and the material it's made from won't rust up like most turbine housings.

Roi, I'm thinking two of the 90 degrees ones in the above pic will suit me.

One of the right side of the turbo pointing up and forward, and the other for the left pointing down and forward. See my pic for positioning.

Cam you forward me your paypal address and a total including postage to Sydney Australia.

Not sure where else to post this question. I just replaced my headgasket about 1k miles ago and my temps look like they are stable and under control. I've been religiously checking my coolant level and oil cap for "mayo". I also just sent out my oil analysis to see if there's anitfreeze in it

I'm still losing a little coolant but I can't smell it as often as I used to. I'm hoping the new hardlines will help with that.

I'm not familiar with the innards of a turbo. My question is, can I still get coolant in the oil from internal leaks in the turbo?

I replaced my headgasket about 500 miles ago.

Saw this thread and started my investigation.

I drove to Wollongong last friday and back saturday (about 200 Miles). Car performed flawlessly. Drove to a party on Saturday and she overheated!

I now have all the parts for my turbo coolant lines, the flu, and serious hope that my headgasket is ok.

I remember your thread on your headgasket. Did you have coolant in your oil? Do you now?

are you losing coolant? I feel the same as you... except for the flu. Get well brother.

No, no coolant in the oil or contamination of the coolant but I didn't last time either.

My theory is that very small leaks in the turbo coolant lines lets air into the system when in cools down. Then when I next drive it it overheats because of the air lock.

I'll replace the turbo lines and bleed the system and then see if the headgasket is gone or not.

Oh thanks for the well wishes. I haven't been right for about 2 months and I'm really getting tired of it.

I used AN female couplers and bulkhead fittings to make "extension" fittings so that the coolant and oil hoses are located farther away from the turbine center section. I like how they turned out and it was relatively cheap. female couplers are about $7 and bulkhead fittings cost $6 for straight and $11 for 45*.

Luckily, the 45* -8AN bulkhead fitting for the coolant line fit just right thru the gap between turbo and engine mount
