Default Turbo on ebay

Anyone seen this? What do you think about it? Could it work, or is it just crap?

Interesting... $1G? Hmmm

KABOOM! Just kidding, it might be alright, sounds like a pretty low-boost kit though.

Most turbos cost almost that much by themselves. Think about it.

Buy it and sell the turbo to some kid id for his Civic and get a good turbo. Looks like a DIY kit though. You would need to do some cutting welding on the tubing but still looks pretty complete.

i was looking at doing the same kit. I turbo'd my civic and am a mechanic, so I know what goes where and what all is needed. definately not for the DIY'er. you still need to add fuel management. injectors and an emanage ultimate or standalone. it also needs fab work. these cheap kits are not meant for everyone. my rule of thumb is, if you have to ask if you can do it, you shouldn't even consider it. and for sure on the turbo, go with name brand, and mount that knock-off pos on your go-ped for fun.
