Default Turbo FMU set up

I was just wondering if anyone besides me runs a turbo set up with a FMU. If so what boost are you guys running? Also do you "cheat" in any ways like just putting bigger injectors with the fmu and getting it to run well? Let me know what you guys have set up.

Have you ever asked yourself what your timing looks like with that FMU?

Quick answer: not good

Its not that big of a deal to blow up a LS (b18b) shortblock since they are like 300$ but the f20/f22 is not a cheap engine. I wouldnt be running FMU if i were you man.

I run a recalibrated vortech fmu with my stock boost vortech s/c . All i can say is its crap ! It will only work with low boost levels and even then its marginal. It responds slowly as well , not good for a turbocharged engine. Do youre self a favor and get a proper fuel management system . I would take peoples advise on this !

DONT DO A FMU TURBO SETUP ON THIS CAR.

i had a built h22 motor in my civic. and cheaped out and went fmu. well, it ****ing failed on me and toasted the motor at 7k rpm. they are complete shit. its the poor mans way to get more fuel to your motor. get a piggyback emu or stand alone and bigger injectors. u will be much much happier.
