Turbo header flange

I am looking to build another turbo manifold and need a flange that bolts to the head. Who makes them? Where to purchase? I can find all the other ones no problem.

only wish they made it out of stainless and put releif cuts in it for expansion - and used round holes instead of oval. I need 5 right now.

I am still looking for one in stainless. Why do you want round? Our exhaust ports are semi oval.
