Default Turbo identification

So this says CT(comp turbo) guy told me it's a/r .63 t3/t4

Reason I ask is it seems most comp turbos have it stamped and not just a small plate at the bottom. Maybe it's an older turbo? Ball bearing it spins free and no shaft play. I'm trying to find the correct oil inlet and outlet sizes.
