I was quoted $2000CDN to install a turbo kit. Is this a good price.

you could buy a turbo kit for $2000!

u doing the head gasket?

still high.

that's $80 an hour, 25 hour install! that's crazy... it doesn't take 25 hours to install a turbo.

even if it's $120 an hour, that's 16 hours +.

no, not a good price. run.

It obviously includes the dyno runs and tuning. No head gasket. How many hours of labor should it take, generally.

he said that 2000 is in canadian dollars. i am not sure of the current exchange rate so maybe someone else could help on that one

It seems a bit high to me. If that included a headgasket installation it would be much more reasonable.
