Default turbo, now ac doesnt work?

So i recently went turbo and everything seems to be working fine except my ac. It was working perfectly before i put the turbo in. I took the car over to get the ac system checked out today. They checked refilled the freon (it was a little low) and checked all the fuses and couldn't find anything wrong. They told me that its probably something electrical or a wiring issue, or maybe i shorted something out during the install. I cant think of anything that i could have done to affect the ac, possibly something to do with the ems?( aem ems 1052u).
Here is my build thread https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/928...lesturbo-time/

if anyone has any ideas or suggestions please post them up. Thanks everyone

sorry if this is in the wrong section, thought it could be turbo related.

Sit there at idle and watch the rpm needle. Push the AC button and see if the rmp needle blips. If nothing happens, your compressor is not kicking on, and you fubared some wiring as your folks said.

it either gaveout or i know if there is no pressure in the lines it wont engage. It happened to one of my cars. Turbo burned through an a/c line and there was my issue.

Turbo cars are also infamous for melting the heater control valve cable. The outer plastic melts into the inner cable preventing it from moving. As a result, the heat is stuck on whatever it was stuck on when it melted. Often AC does work, but is counteracted by that valve stuck on hot.

one of the plugs (is there only one?) that goes into the compressor has been left unplugged a few times.

double check that it is plugged in.

I had an issue on my car that ended up being in the aem. Search Google for aem a/c issues and you'll be able to find where to look to make sure your a/c is "turned on".
Good luck
