Default Turbo Offer.

Hello everyone.
I recently registered but ive been on the website for a while now. I apologize for not introducing myself yet but i will make that happen when i get couple of pictures of my car.

So I need your guys opinions on this turbo i will be buying local.
This guy is offering me this..
Full kit:
str manifold
Emusa turbo t3t4
jdm intercooler
wastegate
dumptube
feedline
returnline,
blitz bov
All piping

The only thing i will need is Injectors, wideband, and boost gauge.
He is asking 1500 for the kit is that a good deal?
I appreciate your opinions.

Sounds kinda high to me. You need engine managment, fuel pump, and downpipe too.

I'd pass on that. Cheap turbo that's going to break quickly, (if it's not already busted) and pretty much goes the same with the STR manifold. And there's still much more that you'd need to buy to get this running right.

any kit that states "jdm" is an automatic giveaway that it is not reliable and made in china. there are some really good kits for sale in the forced induction forum.

looks like junk move on, buy a real kit like inline pro, mase, greddy ect. with a real turbo and real BOV like tial or turbosmart.

There was a really good writeup on hondatech that gave an indepth description of the effects of putting cheap parts on an S2000. An ebay turbo to be specific. Dig that thread up and perhaps that would give you even more reason to stick to quality parts
