Default Turbo play

Any ideas why the turbo is doing this or is it normal? This is a brand new turbo and I don’t remember my last one doing anything like this.

Is that a precision turbine housing though? There should be very minimal clearance, just enough for it to spin freely

Yes, unless fullrace mixed it up after they coated it. I tried looking up the serial number but found limited info.

Whoa... I'll go with incorrect turbine housing. Those bolts and clamps look more typical of a Garrett housing.
