Default turbo problem

i took my car to the tune/dyno today, and i only got 233 rwhp on mustang dyno.

my mods:

ultimate racing kit ( used :-(!!! ) learned my lesson
ultimate racing 3" TP and 3"exhaust splitting into 2.5"
Aem EMS
rc 750 CC
Stage 3 Clutch/light weight FW
krankvents
ngk 7173

with this setup i am suppose to get about to 330 rwhp right?
he thinks its the turbo and i need to get new one. He said my car start out fast but it wont hold... it just gradually increase after that to 233 hp. My BOV dont have that crisp psst to it. it have the lagging/dragging pssst. Is there something i should double check b4 buying a new turbo? any1 know what turbo fits this kit? can spark plug cause power lost?

another question is about my oil relocator kit. there is an arrow marking to the piece that bolt on the block. Is that arrow suppose to be connected to the inlet of the oil relocator, adn the outlet run back to the non-arrow side? i lost the direction the kit. thx in advance. will post picture later. thx

17degrees @ max load
mid 11's
knock was less than 2.75 volts
7ish psi of boost
holds boost till redline

I think on the oil relocator for the UR kit, there are 2 arrows that coincide with the direction the oil should be flowing. I had the same bad experience with a used turbo kit...Sorry man.

check to see if the compressor wheel has made contact with the compressor housing, that will indicate bad bearings. doesnt sound like a bad turbo. maybe a leaking intercooler pipe or stuck open wastegate?

There may be one arrow. I dont remember, but the arrows indicate the direction the oil should be flowing.

this is my second tuning.. the first tuning it was 228 rwhp... i thought it was the turbo, so i took it to the local turbo shop to rebuild. he said that its a BB turbo so he cant rebuild it. But he said the turbo is fine becuase the compressor wheels is still intact..so i put it back together..change the clutch, added aem ems, 3" exhaust with 3"tp and crankvents.. difference in 5 hp

i think i am having problem with the krankvents.. it sometime cause my car to smoke real bad throught exhaust. i mean last night as i was on the high way... my car suddenly smoke some bad it blinded the interstate!!!! so pulled over, check my engine bay..everything appear to be intact. So i Crank it up and drive home...no blindin smoke at all.. (grayest/black smoke). I know its the crankvents because it smoked nonstop. i took out the kranvents/smokes go away. the 5/8 krankvents appear to flowing from both directions (they told me i installed it wrong... but i checked so many times b4 i installed it). So they sent me another set with ARROWS on it, so i wont messed it up.. but still it smokes sometime with start problem (Like gulping start). I know a lot of people have krankvents with no problem. i dont know if something is wrong with my setup that cause the krankvent to mess up.

alot of things can contribute to your lack of power
how much timing are you running?
do you have wideband gauge to see your a/f?
was your tuner haveing any problems with knock while tuning?
How much boost are you running?
Is it holding boost all the way to redline?
can you post up your dyno graph?
can you email me your map your running to nc2g99rs@hotmail.com
