Turbo + Quiet ?
For the quietest and most flowing exhaust the cut out is the only way.

My setup is fairly quiet. Check out my build thread: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/855...-build-thread/
In the vid of me running down the track you can hear how the exhaust itself isn't very loud. You hear the dumped wastegate more than anything...

I agree with Soul and MissmyS. If you want quiet, go stock or similar and a cut out for when the noise doesn't matter - when you're trying to pop wheelies on the S. My vote goes to Sound Performance boost actuated cut-out. I did not have a single issue and it was opening and closing MANY times in a day. It's as reliable as any turbo internal wastegate. One personal preference is that instead of the cutout quickly closing shut between shifts (< 10 psi) I wanted to slowly close, maybe I can plumb a bleeder valve in the vacuum or something
This is IMO the only way to have best of both worlds. I went quiet to add to the sleeper- "please don't pull me over"- look.

~12psi
~500hp Dynojet
~450hp Dyno Dynamics
I'm sure this is no where near the "highest" power
I love my exhaust...glad I didn't have to get rid of it!
