Default turbo reliability

i own a ap1 and i as wondering about turbo reliability. i was currently in the process of selling my s2k to get an STI but i have decided to keep it. my question is if i installed a greddy or revhard turbo kit and ran moderate boost (around 8-12) how reliable would these set ups be? which one would be more reliable? any info or input would be great! thanks!

Turbo reliabilty all depends on tune! if you tune for reliability then your good. Greddy = no power therefore being most likely reliable

some people are such Douchebags, his big bad S2000 runs 12.2 so he thinks he has the most powerful turbo kit around................

My good man, i MADE a 12.2 pass. been faster now. just dont advertise anymore. the turbo buzz has worn off. working on a 10 sec pass now.

we will get you up there soon. dont take things so personally.
the reason i hate the greddy kit is the price. 5K better mean more than 300 WHP. i think you could have gotten much more for the same price. but thats neither here nor there. if i could rewind the 30K i have spent on mods on my S i would be in a Z06 turbo LOL no harm done man

I think the reason some do not like the Greddy kit is because it is not upgradable. If the kit is capable of 370whp, I'd jump on it myself. carb legal with good power= FTW!!

the greddy kit is not upgradable as of yet.

however, there are a few lunatics around here that are working on changing that.

oh, and yea, 5k for a greddy kit is dumb. then again, i haven't found anybody that's paid that much for one.

Inline Pro ftw, I love the kit I have and its reliable as well. Greddy is nice too if you don't want to change the kit much.

Don't take it personal either truth be told, I am very happy with the Greddy Kit, but if I could do it all over again I probably would of spent the little more and gone Inline PRO, the fact that I lost to a 335 on the highway pissed me off quiet a bit, losing to a Z06 is one thing, but a 4-door BMW, I was embarrassed......
meh, a simple reflash and those things put out 400/400 at like 2-3k rpms. They can beasts if your caught off guard.
